Drilling Technologies Factory joins Kirovsky Zavod Group

Fifty percent of the registered capital of Drilling Technologies Factory has been transferred to Kirovsky Zavod after a contract was signed between the two parties.

 This new area of business, which includes the manufacture of drilling rigs, is in keeping with Kirovsky Zavod's strategy to diversify its business. In summer 2016, the drilling factory's assembly function was transferred to the Kirovsky Zavod site. Once the building allotted for the factory has been refurbished (completion is expected by May 2017), the machine workshop will also be brought to the new industrial facility. The refurbished workshop, with a total area of 3,000 m², will be a class A factory, since it will be equipped with state-of-the-art energy-saving technology.
