Consent to processing of the Site User’s personal data

By continuing to use the Site, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ, dated July 27, 2006, «On Personal Data», you hereby confirm that you have read Consent to Processing of the Site User’s Personal Data in full before using the Site and give your consent to the processing of your personal data by Kirovsky Zavod PJSC (full name, email address, mobile number, cookies containing information about your past visits to kzgroup.ru, websites from which you browsed to kzgroup.ru, assigned identifiers (IDs), IP address, location information, device type, date and time of sessions, and information about activity on the Site), including the use of the metrics programs Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics, which may place cookies on your device and use your data under the terms and conditions determined by the operators of these services.

Processing of personal data includes the collection, systematization, accumulation, clarification, updating, change, use, distribution, transfer (including cross-border transfer), anonymization, blocking, destruction, and indefinite storage of personal data and any other actions (operations) on personal data provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Kirovsky Zavod PJSC processes personal data to improve website functionality and to send the User: emails and text messages, including advertising content, on behalf of the Operator or its partners; information and newsletters; and invitations to events and other advertising and news content.

Personal data may be processed with or without the use of automation in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the Personal Data Confidentiality Policy, and the User Agreement.

This consent is valid from the moment it is given and for the entire period the Site is used.

If you do not consent to the processing of your data, you must stop using the Site or disable cookies in your browser settings.

The User has the right to revoke this Consent to Processing of Personal Data by notifying the Operator in writing.

If the User revokes his/her consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator must stop processing the personal data and destroy the personal data within no more than fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt of the said revocation. The Operator must notify the data subject of the destruction of the personal data.
