A Petr Semenenko Square to Get the Name!

On 23 March, Governor Georgy Poltavchenko signed the Resolution of the Government of St. Petersburg on assigning one of the squares of Kirovsky District the name of the first Director General of JSC Kirovsky Zavod Petr Georgievich Semenenko.
 This January, Petersburg Interdepartmental Commission on Names (Toponymical Commission) of the St. Petersburg Committee on Culture supported the initiative to assign the square near Avtovo Metro Station the name of the first Director General of JSC Kirovsky Zavod Petr Georgievich Semenenko.
The square with the area about 1 ha is located at the plot between the streets Chervonnogo Kazachestva, Portovaya, Kronshtadtskaya and Avtovskaya.
