Kirov Plant Museum of History and Technology named best in class

The museum has won gold at the Silver Threads national competition for corporate event projects, coming first in the Best Corporate Museum of an Industrial Company category for its exhibition ‘Remembering the Siege’.
 
In total, about 30 corporate museums from all over Russia took part in the competition.
 
The Kirov Plant Museum spent two years preparing the exhibition to mark the 75th anniversary of Leningrad’s liberation from the Nazi blockade. More than 3,200 people have visited it since January 2019. By May 2020, the exhibition should be available in multimedia format.
